Description

For the 100th anniversary of R+V, for the first time all 16,000 employees were invited to celebrate together! A major event awaited the guests, consisting of a 450-metre-long street food festival, a specially created show, a star act and parties in three locations.

The aim was to look back and at the same time to motivate and move forwards together. For this reason, many employees were incorporated into the creation of the show from the beginning. Together with the company and a lot of its workforce, onliveline developed a story that told of the power of togetherness. In the show itself, members of the company were integrated as presenters, narrators, performers and a crowd. The intention was to develop a cordial context, personal moments and a big, innovative, emotional show.

The agency designed elements and content with the aim of creating a dynamic, novel, visually impressive and personal framework. For this purpose, they developed an audiovisual storyline, gathered customer stories as videos and live  narrations, worked on sophisticated choreographies, costumes and lighting – until everything was perfectly coordinated and attuned after two weeks of rehearsals.

It was a large-scale event that posed many challenges for all those involved, from an additional further location and numerous municipal requirements to unusual budget solutions and the incredible effort required to effectively guide all the people and works under the given time and capacity pressure.
