“Bedtime Stories”: Promotion and Service for Travelling Parents
Description
Lufthansa and Kolle Rebbe developed a special service for traveling parents in 2015: With the "Bedtime Stories" installation, passengers at Frankfurt and Munich airports could send their children a bedtime story from afar.
In a speaker's booth, parents could choose a bedtime story, read and record it, and send it home to their children. A selection of different children's books was available to passengers for this purpose.
Alternatively, there were also pre-recorded stories that could be sent home as an audio book. In that case, however, they came with an individual bedtime wish and a photo of the parent on the cover. Some offers could also be used outside the airport via a microsite.
