Due to the repeated cancellation of the Intralogistics Trade Fair, the BSS Group was looking for a new format for reaching customers and keeping them up to date. Together with Kreativ Konzept, the BSS LogiStream was initiated with this in mind: a two-hour livestream that provided guidance through representative plants and afforded exclusive insights.
The projects had been finalised beforehand under the exclusion of the public and were presented for the first time on this occasion. The alternative event therefore offered true added value. Participants gained exclusive insights into complex projects and technologies that would not have been possible at a live event. The programme consisted of interviews directly at the plants, as well as separate expert talks. During the talks, the participants had the opportunity to ask individual questions that were answered in detail. More in-depth information was gathered on an accompanying landing page.
The huge size of the plants and portraying them suitably represented particular challenges, as well as the instruction that the ongoing operations there must not be disturbed at any point. This required planning down to the last second, whereby every action by the production team had to be on point.
