The world’s first cashmere spa at Paris Fashion Week 2025

In March 2025, 36 Rue Chevert in Paris was transformed into a sensual retreat for textile care: Miele and the fashion label extreme cashmere presented the world’s first Cashmere Spa there as part of Fashion Week.
The main aim of the event was to familiarise visitors with the art of cashmere care – through live demonstrations, interactive stations and a multi-sensory experience with gentle sounds, fragrances and high-quality materials.
The central element of the installation was eight washing machines coloured in ‘Tea Rose’, which were designed exclusively for the spa. The entire washing process – from gentle washing at 30°C and 600 revolutions to horizontal drying, steaming with the FashionMaster and folding and pilling care – was demonstrated in five steps.
The aim was to present the everyday care of high-quality clothing as a mindful ritual and at the same time provide valuable tips on the correct treatment of cashmere.
