CONNECT 2023: SAP Partner Summit

The CONNECT: SAP Partner Summit, which has been a platform for inspiration, communication and networking for the SAP Partner Community for over a decade, ensures relevance and added value for participants through customised and interactive formats. ottomisu focused on generating a positive, activating dynamic that was designed to portray and support the community as a strong unit.

Under the motto “Unleash Innovation. Create Momentum”, current challenges were illustrated through parallels in sport and CONNECT became a shared training camp to provide customers with optimal support through communication, best practice sharing and case analyses. The respective format customisations provided the framework for this.

The theme of sport was ubiquitous, especially also in the stage and show design, with the aim of transforming information transfer into infotainment. Kinexon presented chip technology as part of goal wall shooting and table football was played in the Power Innovation Lounge for the VR showcase. With “5 wheels, 5 drivers, 1 minute of time”, the presenter together with participants drove the “Tour of Transformation” along digital routes, which had been conceived and programmed specifically for the event. Every driven kilometre benefitted the Felix Neureuther Foundation.

A digital community platform that included AI-based matchmaking, theme filters, a media centre and individual agenda suggestions enabled a personalised experience before, during and after the event. The open room-inroom concept with many modifiable areas was designed to create an inviting and inspiring atmosphere. Sustainability was evident in the content, as well as in the design of the event. Apart from corresponding furniture, decorations, catering and exhibition construction, attention was paid also to accessibility and cooperation with local service providers.
