Due to the Corona pandemic, a new digital format had to be developed at short notice for the annual kick-off meeting of the pharmaceutical company Daiichi-Sankyo Germany. The special challenge: the event was to be accessible to every employee and, despite distance, close, informative, attractive and interactive.
The interactive online event was streamed to the home offices of all 400 employees. The company's headquarters became the studio. Filming took place in about 7 offices, meeting rooms and coffee kitchens. Due to the familiarity of the rooms, the speakers were able to convey a very personal atmosphere.
The programme was varied through format changes and interactions. Among them: short sessions, playful storylines, a change between streaming, zoom meetings and co-creation workshops, active breaks and surveys.
Via a dedicated platform, employees could create their own profile, follow the live stream, participate in workshops, answer questions, upload pictures, do a memory work and take part in a gamification activity.
