The Hamburg Haemophilia Symposium of the pharmaceutical company Takeda Pharma is a traditional event with expert presentations, discussions and prize awards. To enable the event to go ahead even in 2020, it was realised by onliveline as a digital format with active communication among the community. A visually interesting location formed the basis for a personal and surprising experience. Changes of location between the presentations, in-depth and dynamic imaging, a setting rich in detail and a special lighting design made the symposium visually varied.
In terms of content, eight preproduced expert presentations were combined with live speakers. Together with the permanent incorporation of the public, the aim was to create a lighthearted and entertaining atmosphere. Three moderators were the faces of the symposium. They guided the event, entered into contact with the guests, commented on the digital applause and results of the surveys – and gathered the content to gain an overview of the current requirements of the community. During the breaks, themed rooms were available for discussing the content and networking. A central platform guided the guests through the event and interactions.
