“Dinner in 2050”: Immersive Food Installation

A virtual dinner that brings climate protection to life on the plate as an AI–supported game. Guests at COP28 experienced this installation in an intimate, playful setting to inspire new perspectives on our food, food security and more sustainable living.

Guests named their favourite food, an AI model identified the key ingredients, analysed which ingredients have the biggest carbon footprint, chose sustainable alternatives and generated a future version of that dish with an informative description.

The goal: to inspire optimism and empowerment to drive positive change.
