“Fastline”: Promotion in a Metro Station in Milan
M&C Saatchi
Description
With a fast Internet connection, you can be in another country within seconds. So much for the theoretical promises of many telecommunications service providers. For the Italian company Fastweb, the agency M&C Saatchi Milano made this promise come true in 2013.
Within one night, a metro station in Milan was transformed - into the Japanese station Tokyo Shibuya. Display signs, billboards and Japanese actors created the authentic impression of being in Japan. So within just a few seconds and one metro stop, you were actually in another country. Visitors could even check in from Tokyo Shibyua - and cause confusion in their own Facebook account. Great!
