How can new strategies be launched, internalised and turned into an experience during a major internal event? How can colleagues meet and stay in touch despite corona restrictions? HEAD OF EVENT answered these questions for Fujitsu with a live TV broadcast exactly tailored to the customer‘s needs.
In collaboration with Dr. Carl Naughton, a wide-ranging concept was developed. An editorial team put together content for more than 15 programmes. At the same time, Fujitsu employees were given plenty of room to realise their own ideas with professional support. The result was, for instance, late-night formats with music and live songs, tablet tennis, Pong and a “whisper challenge” for charity. The programme was densely packed and completely live: from game shows and talks with management to the latest news – all realised in a variety of settings.
A custom-designed interactive platform enabled smooth access to the up to five parallel streams and chat rooms with surveys and open exchange. After the event, contributions from both days were still available to employees on demand.
