In December 2022, the 3rd edition of the Future Customer Journey Convention 2022 (FCJC) was held by MercedesBenz. The FCJC is an internal, purely digital and two-day event by the corporation, designed to provide employees with current insights into the core strategy and the management of the company.
Bruce B. handled the concept and the design of the event, choosing a special virtual location: the corporation’s own Campus V in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, which is familiar to most Mercedes-Benz employees. The building complex was digitally recreated and photo-realistically staged. The participants were able to move freely around the spaces and the campus, exploring the various themes of the Future Customer Journey Convention.
As a contrast, the agency supplemented the virtual photorealistic spaces with surreal digital environments. Digital stages were positioned there for keynote speakers and further touchpoints were created.
