“Green up your Future” Travelling Exhibition

"Green up your future" was an interactive outdoor and indoor travelling exhibition that uses fascinating examples from bionics to show what the jobs of the future will look like: green, sustainable, meaningful. Starting in early 2017, the accessible exhibition toured 19 cities across Germany for three years. The aim was to create an inspiring introduction to career and study orientation and to arouse interest in green and sustainable jobs. The exhibition was accompanied by exciting multimedia stories and an extensive job database on the Internet.

The physical exhibition builds bridges into digital space via augmented reality. The virtual stories, which are also communicated via social media channels, provide in-depth information and background on bionics, job profiles and perspectives on green economy topics.

Green up your future was an exhibition by BIOKON - Forschungsgemeinschaft Bionik-Kompetenznetz e.V. - and Green Economy Academy e.V. It was funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety and the European Social Fund as part of the ESF federal program.
