Description

GROHE X is a novel digital communication platform of the brand GROHE. It developed originally from the online alternative to the offline trade fair ISH and has become a permanent digital content hub for product presentations, inspiration and knowledge transfer. It is designed to enable an individual experience of the informative and inspiring B2B content and promote the brand experience and customer dialogue interactively.

Under the slogan “Discover what’s next”, GROHE X would like to offer a programme for every target group: content formats, presentations of global residential trends, possibilities to converse with experts, how-to videos, background articles and virtual 360-degree spaces.

The platform was opened in March 2021. It is set up as a central hub for all communication and global marketing measures. During the opening week, there were eight live events with a total of 68,000 visitors from 140 countries. Apart from specialist events and direct communication with experts, the medium offers service-orientated options, as well as tutorials with content targeted towards international B2B mediators from trade, crafts, design and media. Creating a profile also makes it possible to personalise content and interactions according to personal requirements.
