“Hall of Fame of German Research” 2016

The "Hall of Fame of German Research" is intended to honour people who enrich our world. Researchers who may have developed the MP3 standard or revolutionised the screwdriver. To showcase these people and their passion, Jazzunique created a simple yet special stage production that was meant to resemble a modern play.

The core of the stage production was a darkened room, which took on an ever-changing shape through a dozen movable displays. Depending on the programme item, they were moved by people's hands to form a central overall picture or individual, framing group arrangements. Simple, restrained and yet effective.
