Innovation Celebration EMEA: Employee Event

Covestro, a leading supplier of premium polymers, is driven by innovation. It brought its global community with 500 participants together for the “Innovation Celebration EMEA” at XPOST in Cologne to visualise this.

The event served as a platform for employees to network, present their research projects and participate in innovation project workshops. The Covestro logo CI represents the spirit of a company that fosters curiosity and diversity. We based our “Colour your Space” concept on it, and integrated it into the set design and all the event elements. It allowed the employees to become the architects of the multifaceted, courageous and colourful event. The concept resonated with the essence of the Covestro brand and reinforced the company’s innovation culture.
