Small, pleasant, analogue and personal encounters are a reverse trend in live communication despite or precisely because of the predominant digitisation. The Munich event and incentive agency Cebra also preferred this approach to celebrate their 20-year anniversary. Instead of imposingly staging themselves and their successes, they decided to place the focus on other people. With analogous and charming stories, the agency claim of “unique stories” was to be brought to life. In the interests of this, agency owner Mechthild Banholzer visited important persons who accompanied the company along the way. Longstanding customers, international partners, artists, former employees at home in a total of 9 countries and having contributed to the history of the agency. Together with photographer urban Zintel, this resulted in photographs and stories which formed the content for the concluding anniversary event.
The central design element of the event were 60 selected photographs with a high-quality presentation that celebrated special people and moments. A flying buffet through the destinations was a culinary reflection of the journey. large projections with further impressions of the journey, as well as regional music recorded live by a DJ and an acoustic trio, reinforced the respective typical atmosphere of each country. The final highlights were an auction in which photographs were auctioned for a good cause and the presentation of the book Journey, a high-quality, 160-page homage to companions from the last 20 years, given as a gift to each guest.
