Description

The LabCampus is being built at Munich Airport: a cross-company and cross-industry ideas center. The visionary project is designed to bring together companies and knowledge carriers, start-ups and global players, creatives and investors. And it does so at a vibrant international transportation hub.

For the kick-off event, TULP, together with WBLT, Atelier Dammböck and Pixelschickeria, staged a cargo hall at Munich Airport. The multimedia event architecture turned the idea into a concrete, walk-in spatial experience.

Starting with the check-in at Munich Airport. The invited guests were picked up by a bus and driven to the cargo hall. Once they arrived, they walked through a tunnel flooded with light - a kind of airlock that led into the world of the LabCampus. Guests took their seats in front of the three-dimensional stage. Speakers transported the audience into the future with their visions. Supported by the three-dimensional, multimedia stage, which illustrated the LabCampus. Followed by the reception with flying buffet in a staged environment. Architectural and multimedia themed worlds made it possible to interactively experience the future aspects of the LabCampus: chic bars, workspaces, hinted lofts. A staged model of the LabCampus could also be examined.
