For a digital field sales conference held by Pfizer Pharma, the task was to bring together two cooperating companies, an individual customer journey and a varied mix of themes. For this purpose, Brand Concepts developed a concept under the motto “LEAD THE BEAT” for a conference that inspired and moved the employees – with suitable themes, media and the targeted cooperation between colleagues from sales, marketing and products.
Over a period of three days, streaming took place from the location ziegelei101 to the various contributors and the 600 participants at home. The key topic of the conference was the digitisation of the world of work. Individual aspects were taken up visually by means of specially produced intros with dancers, accompanied by explanations of the content. The agenda set a different focus each day, from cooperation at the alliance to the customer journey and digital leadership. The content was reflected in both the conference motto and the setting.
The deliberate intention of the event was to avoid wellknown keynote speakers, place a focus on their own impulses and establish these for subsequent conferences. Those who participated had the opportunity to obtain all the latest information and gain new insights into the digital world of work.
