The Cologne-based office Fluur has developed a B2B interaction platform that can be adapted to different needs. Among other things, it offers video-based customer presentations, interactive tools and interfaces as well as picture-in-picture technology.
For the company Lyreco, this was used to develop a focused digital sales event. A platform with “brand rooms” where products were presented personally by sales people, downloads were offered and questions were answered.
At the same time, alternative meeting possibilities outside the sales business were also considered, for example in an online yoga course.
And last but not least, the platform offered extended added value after the sales event: as a database with all content.
