For Powerbar, a manufacturer of sports nutrition food, STAGG&FRIENDS consciously took a different approach and developed a co-created experience to which the participants in the event could contribute themselves. The aim, after all, was to spark the enthusiasm of influencers for the brand and to share their experiences on social media. In this case, the ambassadors are no doubt the best concept designers for understanding and reaching their target groups.
The co-created experience was launched in January 2022 with a digital workshop via Miro. In order to keep people who are normally out exercising a lot in the fresh air at the screen, the agency emphasised playful approaches with interaction, as well as breaks to wind down and relax.
The central questions responded to the individual requirements of the participants. What concerns them exactly in their everyday lives? What challenges present themselves if one has to juggle a job, sport and family? The results formed the framework for the event, with the aim of addressing the challenges together and building up the necessary resilience in a relaxed atmosphere. The event therefore followed the wish for extreme sports and brought the athletes to their physical limits with water rafting, climbing and co. Activities in nature such as a herb walk introduced an educational aspect. In between, new hobbies were tried out, including hobby horse riding, extreme ironing, tofu throw and an alcohol-free beer mile.
The co-created experience had its base in the glamping resort HOCHoben Mallnitz. Here, the contents were worked on in challenges, the dinner for all those involved was cooked and the content compiled for social media.
