Description

Project:on not only shows a projection mapping, but also how a team from Kaiserslautern University imagines the stage show of the future. The task of the term paper was to develop an innovative opening on the subject of transformation for a startup event. The result is a projection interacting with all stage elements in real time.

With Project:on the team has developed a mapping stage show, that interacts with an actor and a mobile screen. The constant interaction between the stage elements thus influences the projection and the overall result in real time. This project was realized with the tracking technology of the VR glasses HTC Vive. In addition the screen, equipped with a tracker, was tracked in space and included as an object in the projection. In terms of content, the development of a caterpillar to a butterfly is told.

A technically and creatively contemporary and ambitious work, that can easily take on any stage show planned by an agency!
