Pullman Happenings: Artistic Events & Performances

In 2023, Hotel Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof initiated the event series Pullman Happenings together with pulsmacher. The aim of the novel format was to present the hotel’s wealth of facets and at the same time to fill it with life. Artists from a wide variety of backgrounds came together and shared their personal stories and passions.

Each Pullman Happening was under the motto of “From Passion to Purpose”. Apart from artistic elements, the format offered inspiring conversations and discussions about personally and socially relevant topics. This gave the event a human dimension and its very own character.

Guests were to be actively involved through interactive performances, discussions or the opportunity to share experiences. Various spaces, such as the presidential suite, were used for this purpose. Even though unusual locations and the movement around nine floors brought logistical challenges, it was precisely this that created a lively stage and a unique atmosphere.

The series spanned a wide range of content, from artists who experiment with natural elements and create unique works of art, to renowned DJs and musicians, to singers and producers who use their creativity for a higher purpose.

At three events with over 15 artists, over 300 invited guests respectively experienced performances, readings, concerts, talks and DJ sets. The advertising through social media and cooperation with influencers communicated the events outwardly. A recap video was set up to keep the highlights and memories alive for those visiting. The creative journey is to be continued in 2024 to further hotels of the Accor Group in Europe.
