Description
The new SARSTEDT Competence Centre is a central, flexible brand space that enables internal sales meetings, training and events for a variety of target groups. In the showroom designed by Studio Bachmannkern, the three main segments of the company – Diagnostics, Life Science and Brand – are conveyed interactively and staged using the latest technologies.
To start off, guests are welcomed in the entrance area with a brand panorama video. Then the screen slides kinetically and opens the way to the main room. Small product display units hanging from the ceiling form a kinetic kick-off event in which only those displays stand still that are part of one of the three storylines of Diagnostics, Life Science or Brand.
The interactive SARSTEDT cube stands at the centre of the staging. Whether alone or as part of a group, the participants can interact with the medium in various ways, either individually or as a wider group experience.
Three screens enable varying depths of content on the brand topics. On the first screen, visitors can trigger animations that explain product benefits and solutions by means of product-related “gestures”. The next level provides more in-depth information through animations, graphics or videos. The third one introduces additional products. In another area, an interactive projection is activated by touch, showing videos of complex laboratory machines on set up whiteboards. At the “cell-fie” station, participants can merge their portrait with a self-designed cell background and have it sent to them by email.
