Description

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, BSH Hausgeräte GmbH (LLC) also needed alternative concepts to maintain their presence. Together with SCHMIDHUBER and BLACKSPACE, the company developed a virtual brand platform that was launched in August 2020. The stated goal was to seamlessly continue, now on a virtual platform, the personal and important discussions that were otherwise held at IFA, providing inspiration for retailing and consumers. Close contact, product experiences and the brands were to be turned into a digital experience.

The result is a virtual loft that presents the product range, as well as five novelties by Siemens, in the “Innovation Kitchen”. The communication concept offers detailed information about new market launches, a wealth of moving images for a better understanding, tailor-made solutions, along with special PoS offers. Users experience the product novelties through video material and moderated presentations. Technical data can be studied at leisure at the computer and individual discussions can be held in a more focused manner than would otherwise have been possible in the hustle and bustle of the exhibition.
