“Somnium – Modular Dreams”: Interactive Installation

Somnium - Modular Dreams presents an interactive installation that allows the visitors to immerse themselves in their own dreamworlds. A modular plug-in system forms the base. The modules can be playfully explored and combined to a haptic, visual, and auditory experience. By plugging and unplugging the modules to the construction kit, the visual projection, the auditory playback and the lighting mood in the room change. Modules with reactive elements additionally change what is seen and heard. Somnium expounds the dreamed and keeps hold of the dreems fleetingness. With sound, image, atmosphere and light.
