Vodafone Kick-Offs 2021: Digital Event
Description
The aim was to activate and network around 5000 German Vodafone sales employees under the motto of “The Spirit of Giga”. The focus of the three-day, dynamic, digital kickoff was on information, motivation and appreciation. The handling agency insglück chose Lichtburg Essen for the live broadcast, Germany’s largest film palace, providing an atmospheric and festive setting for the event.
An individualised event platform allowed the employees to take part in the show through a total of eight two-hour streams. The action could be controlled by means of so-called spirit buttons, enabling a variety of interaction. The integrated applause and emoji functions were translated into acoustic and visual signals and transmitted to the hall, which had rows of two-dimensional employee figures as spectators.
