In 2022 the Vodafone kick-off event was streamed for the second time from Lichtburg Essen, Germany’s largest film palace. Under the motto “Live the new Giga”, the focus was on bringing the previously internally introduced new strategy to life. The aim was to underline the central role of employees at the company and to motivate them in this respect.
With this objective in mind, insglück developed the digital event further, translated the triad of the new strategy onto a stage setting and embedded the format into a pre- and post-event campaign. More than 5000 sales employees took part and were able to contribute and interact via the associated digital platform.
Various scenographies provided the framework for a varied show, consisting of keynotes, games, prize awards, presentations and podium discussions. The public was actively incorporated into the action using a variety of interactive means: from photo tools, Q & A or voting functions, chats, word clouds, live broadcasts, prize draws and reaction options to individually designed emoji buttons.
